Windows are the heart of the sunroom: More glass means more sky. LivingSpace builds every window to order, sized to the 1/16", so you get a great view and ventilation without the hike in energy costs.

1.) Collaboration

Once we understand your vision, we develop a layout tailored to your space and needs. We provide an itemized estimate that includes your sunroom materials and construction so you know what you're getting and what it costs. For an additional $250 (credited toward your order), we provide 3-D renderings of your sunroom.
3.) Deposit & Installation
Once you approve the estimate, a 10% deposit secures your materials and a spot on our installation schedule (typically within 6-8 weeks of your order). We take care of everything from securing materials to mounting windows and doors to the PulTrex frame so you can enjoy your custom all-seasons sunroom.
