Now we bring that expertise to the complete project—coordinating furniture, structures, shade, privacy, and fire features that work together from day one. 1.) Consultation

It starts with a conversation. Whether you email us your ideas or visit our showroom, we begin by learning about your space—its size, shape, and how you plan to use it. Our design consultants ask the right questions to understand your lifestyle and design goals.

2.) Design & Site Visit

We visit your property to assess the site, take measurements, and evaluate drainage, sun exposure, and access. Then we provide a rough drawing and an itemized estimate that shows exactly what your project will include and cost.

3.) Deposit & Installation

Once you approve the estimate, a 10% deposit secures your materials and reserves a spot on our installation schedule (typically 6-8 weeks). Then all that's left to do is enjoy your new patio.
